Liquidus Tech, LLC was created in the fall of 2007 by founding partners, Matthew Summers and Richard Anderson, with the mission to build easy-to-use and secure software solutions for the vastly underserved non-profit sector. Coalesce, our first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) program evaluation suite, was born shortly after. Liquidus currently offers several SaaS solutions, like iCoalesce, and provides many IT-centric services including custom software development and high performance systems engineering.
Matthew is the CEO of Liquidus Tech, LLC and a founding partner. For the past two years Matthew has also been an officer and elected member of the board of trustees for the Gentoo Foundation, Inc., the non-profit organization behind the most advanced source-based operating system on the planet, Gentoo Linux. During Matthew's undergraduate and graduate education at Missouri State University, in engineering physics and advanced solid state materials physics respectively, he worked on high performance computing clusters, supercomputing, and advanced electronic materials simulation, characterization and device fabrication, as well as DOD/DARPA funded distributed anti-terrorism systems. He possesses a unique combination of technical expertise in both software and hardware design and engineering. Matthew currently resides in Springfield, Missouri with his wife of four years, Christina.
Richard acquired a degree in Computer Science from Missouri State University. While completing his degree he worked as a Web and Tool Developer where he developed an intranet web application in Java Servlets and the Spring Framework for Applied Systems Intelligence associate system and later developed simulation tools in Matlab for the same project. Previous projects have included porting Beacon into the Django framework as well as developing numerous web applications and pluggable modules for a myriad of clients. Richard is a founding partner and is currently the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) for Liquidus Tech.
Darren has dual undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Missouri State University. He worked for Web Services on the Missouri State University campus where he designed, created and maintained web applications for university departments and organizations, proposed solutions to university clients, and provided user support. Special projects for the university Web Master including creating user interfaces for the CVS, automating web statistics reports and creating new tools for a Web Control Panel using SQL, ASP, C#, .NET, Perl, JavaScript, MS SQLServer and other technologies. Since then Darren has worked at Liquidus Tech as a senior partner and software engineer.
Liquidus headquarters is located on the city square in the heart of Springfield, Missouri.
The core Liquidus infrastructure is housed in a state of the art facility located deep underground in the limestone of eastern Springfield, Missouri. Our local City Utilities provides a tier four, high security data center environment, facilitating an excellent array of service level agreements (SLAs) available to our clients.
